Job Description

The call center agent will answer incoming calls from the field, open and work support tickets and assist with equipment depot processing.  Call center will be manned from 7am-3:00am Central 7 days a week.

  • Under the direction of senior staff, answer phones, assist callers with a variety of support issues that arise in the field
  • Escalate issues to tier 2 as needed and as defined by management
  • Document support activities in our ticketing system, RT
  • Assist desktop support with configuration and restoration of equipment returned from the field
  • User administration – create and modify users in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Monitor and respond to alerts for production systems using defined processes
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Entry level
  • Power user - should be familiar with things such as personal computers, peripherals and Wi-Fi
  • Team player
  • Strong deductive reasoning skills
