Job Description

We are looking for a part-time outgoing Guest Service Support Specialist. You will furnish guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. The goal is to actively support guests’ requests, comments, and complaints to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and provide quality, professional and high-class guest service experiences via phone, email, and social media feedback
  • Report and analyze guest feedback to provide strategic direction with the goal of continuously improving guest loyalty
  • Respond to guests’ needs and anticipate their unstated ones
  • Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
  • Actively listen, show empathy, and resolve guests’ complaints
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
  • Promote all amenities, conveniences, and programs offered
  • Oversee Gift Card Production, Distribution & Tracking
  • Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.


Job Requirements:

  • Adequate knowledge of personalized services, principles and processes
  • Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
  • Guest service focus and drive
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours; weekends or holidays may be required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
  • Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
  • 1-3 years of experience in guest relations
  • Proficiency in English. Spanish or other languages will be considered an asset.
